Regional brands grow one town at a time, and every launch needs its own page, screen, mailer and proof, with every regulated claim on them true. That is a queue. Groundbreak makes it a map, with a gate that blocks any claim no record backs.
The distance
A launch page that reads well can still promise a speed the network doesn’t have in that town. Nobody can tell from the prose. Most tools check copy for tone; the claim itself goes out unchecked.
The working
The brief is a record, not a sentence. You type it the way you would say it, and Groundbreak resolves it into fields, each bound to where it came from: the town from coverage, the speed from the offer catalog, the label from the regulator’s registry. One field is always left empty, who the launch leads with, because judgment has no record.
Structure first, then the brand. The wireframe isn’t a mock up of the branded page. It is the branded page before its tokens arrive, so the brand is one flip of a second token set over the same components.

Governance is a feature, not a meeting. Anyone can assemble; only the right seat publishes, checked on the server. Every change is a row in the audit trail.
